Suno Sat on a 55 Million User Breach for Eight Months, and an npm Worm Was the Way In

The AI music platform Suno was breached in November 2025 through the Shai-Hulud npm worm, which harvested a developer's credentials and opened the door to source code and customer records. The 55.3 million account exposure only became public in July 2026, after 404 Media reported it and Have I Been Pwned loaded the data.
